Dementia Family Support Groups

We offer support and education for families of persons in the community or in a facility with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

Support group information:

• Conducted the third Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m.
• Meetings are held in the Multipurpose Room of St. Elizabeth Hall

Long-Term Care Family Orientation Group

Meetings are offered monthly dependent upon registration needs. Learn to navigate Stella Maris long-term care with an hour long PowerPoint presentation specifically designed for the families of long-term care residents. Call 410-252-4500 ext. 7523 for more information.
